Everyone wants to live better right? In some capacity, we all would like something to be better.
And better is totally subjective.
No matter how great the life you are living is, I am sure there is one thing you wish was better.
If not, then good for you, and maybe you should be writing this post. Which I’m okay with. Just let me know if you wanna guest post. Lol, shameless plug.
But if you are like the rest of us and wanting some or many aspects of your life to be better, this is for you.
They say you can’t control anything beyond yourself. And I am a firm believer of that as I mentioned in my relationship with my children.
The single greatest thing you need to do change to live better is completely on you.
You have to change your thinking.
Yup. You read that right.
I have heard it before and I know it to be true. When I reprogram my thoughts I see a change in how things happen in my life.
But getting my hands on the Joel Olsteen Think Better, Live Better Journal reaffirmed that.
It reminded me that we have to reprogram our thoughts. When they wanna go left, we guide them back right.
How does one do that?
You remind yourself of the promises from the creator. Remind yourself of the image you were created in. Make up your mind that you will think better and live better.
The journal is designed to help you assess your thoughts and feelings. Broken up into to sections and allowing for you to write out your own reflections.
Each section closes with a takeaway truth to help you with the makeover of your mind and the positive takeover of your thoughts.
Think better, Live Better is available for preorder now!
Releasing in just a few days, on April 4th. It’s certainly worth it to help guide you back on the road to positive thinking if your mind is in need of a makeover.
