A new year brings a load of new inspiration; new habits, new thoughts, new goals, just a whole lot of new.
You’ve done it! You’ve got the first month of the new year under your belt!
How are you feeling?
Are you inspired?
Are you still feeling all of the “this is my year” “new year, new goals” “it’s gonna be amazing” in your spirit??
The new year tends to light a fire deep down inside of us, as it should, because it’s a new beginning.
Throughout January people tend to forge through those resolutions, set their minds on new habits, set new goals, and make new plans.
And then comes February….
Thanks land of new year inspiration fatigue.
You know, where you started the race with everything you had and before you could get even to the half way mark, you are out of breath and ready to just have a seat.
But on no my friends, not here!
We don’t quit on the #journeyIIbetter….
We sweat it out, we push through the cramps, the aches and every one of the pains and let our bodies show us what we can do; we persevere!
So on today, the first day of the second month of our new year and new beginning, I’d like to offer up some inspiration to light your fire if it wasn’t already lit, relight your flame if it burnt out, or put some fuel to that fire to warm it up!
Consider it my late new years gift to you…
10 quotes to keep the new in the new year:

Start by doing what’s necessary; then do what’s possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.

You must do the things you think you cannot do.
Now back to your regularly scheduled program (or the new one if you abandoned the old one)! Go be awesome in month two of the best year of your life!
You Got This!
